Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) is an independent, full-service advertising agency that believes great work comes from great humans. This internship is designed for students who are curious about advertising and want broad exposure to how an agency works-from idea to execution to impact.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Technology Operations Team with daily operational tasks and help employees with tech-related questions
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues with endpoints, servers, and other systems
  • Assist with Infrastructure projects
  • Research new technologies, adoption, and implementation strategies
  • Create and maintain documentation for company intranet and end user knowledge Base

What We're Looking For

We're less focused on what you've done and more interested in how you think.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Tech, Info Systems, Business, Comp Science
  • Intermediate abilities with macOS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Cloud and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with virtual cloud computing including VMware VSphere Client, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and corporate networks a plus
  • Development skills in HTML, .NET, PHP, SQL, and other development tools a plus
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and independently
  • A proactive attitude
  • Enjoy interacting with and helping people
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling priorities
  • Collaborative, kind, and open to feedback
