Job description

We are now hiring Interns for our Fall 2026 Dallas Advertising Agency Internship Program!

Applications are open May 19, 2026, and close June 19, 2026. The program runs from September 8, 2026, through December 4, 2026. Internships are paid $17/hour for 20 hours/week; 240 hours total over 12 weeks. There are no internship hours the week of November 23.


All internships are hybrid, and candidates must be in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area. Mondays - Wednesdays are typical in-office days. Applicants are expected to have availability at least 2 days, Monday โ€“ Thursday, to work in person.

Job Summary
Moroch is a full-service advertising agency that unearths specificity from local culture to create impact at scale. We are excited to bring interns experience working with multi-unit retail brands. Local Changes Everything.

Morochโ€™s internship program is experiential training and an immersive advertising agency experience. Interns will be engaged day-to-day with their department gaining hands-on experience and observing business with a dedicated supervisor. Our program includes hosted learning and practice opportunities throughout your internship to develop your skills and career and industry knowledge. Youโ€™ll also be supported to network and make connections agency-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Work with team to accomplish assignments for client accounts and agency business, specific roles and assignments vary based on department
  • Anticipate concerns, issues, problems, and/or obstacles and suggest solutions
  • Proactively provide supervisor and team with updates and feedback on any assignments
  • See projects through to completion, meet deadlines
  • Attend and engage in weekly intern learning sessions

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college, if an undergraduate, classified as a Junior or Senior during the internship session, or have a comparable level of experience
  • Skilled with verbal and written communication
  • Able to work well on a team and with others
  • Able to demonstrate time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a PC/Microsoft environment
  • Strong interest in the advertising industry
  • Curiosity and desire to learn!

Eligibility

  • Interns must be available to begin the internship September 8, 2026.
  • Work hours are hybrid in our Dallas office. Interns are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week. Working schedule of 20 hours will be set between 8:30 am โ€“ 5:30 pm CST.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older. Must have current and future U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or at any point in the future beyond the internship.
  • If an undergraduate student, must be classified as a Junior or Senior during the internship.

Department Descriptions

  • Account Management brings agency disciplines together to provide informed marketing and advertising solutions for clients. They are the trusted primary contact for clients with a deep understanding of their strategy. They maintain a high level of knowledge across media, creative, and data. Interns gain knowledge in project management, organization, communication, traffic and media management, budgeting, processes, and procedures.
  • Media Planning manages strategic efforts across a wide variety of media vehicles and determines how each should be used to best reach the consumer. They conduct market research and find media consumption trends. Interns gain knowledge of the planning process, campaign management, budgeting, communication, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Research and Customer Insights uncovers insights and develops plans that guide the direction of marketing efforts. They identify customer needs, wants, and behaviors, cultural and market trends, and competitive landscapes. They are adept at translating data and research into strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve client business objectives. Interns gain skills in research, data analysis, customer insights, strategic planning, and communication, learning to synthesize information and present findings in a compelling manner.
  • Moroch Digital Solutions (paid digital media planning, buying & delivery). MDS provides strategy recommendations, campaign execution, reporting, and insight. Paid Social manages local paid advertising for clients on all the major social media platforms. Paid Search allows brands to pay search engines to place their ads higher on relevant search result pages. Programmatic automates online ad space transactions using real-time bidding and data-driven strategies.โ€ฏSite Direct plans and buys site direct media, which includes digital video, display, and audio, working directly with website publishers for placement. Ad Ops manages ad trafficking and campaign launches across multiple accounts, in addition to handling paid media tracking and tagging.
