This organization collaborates across functions to deliver insights, prototypes, and production-ready models that enable smarter decisions and help achieve strategic and operational excellence. Role Summary As a Manager, Advanced Analytics you will act as a critical partner to business leaders, helping them translate business needs into research objectives, analytical approaches, and actionable recommendations. You will oversee analytics projects, manage data modeling and prototype development, and guide the implementation of insights that drive business results. What you’ll do… Business Partnerships & Insight Delivery
  • Partner with Directors to understand goals, functional priorities, and business challenges
  • Develop hypotheses for current and future business issues and define research and analytics objectives
  • Create tactical research plans and guide leaders on next steps based on insights
  • Present actionable recommendations to inform strategic and operational initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders to support solution implementation
Project Ownership & Scope
  • Own end‑to‑end workstreams and individual projects across business areas, categories, or prototypes
  • Anticipate and manage risks associated with solution development and implementation
Model Development
  • Build data models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that drive measurable business results
  • Collaborate with project teams to transition modeling solutions into implementation
Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) & Prototyping
  • Lead development of prototypes and production‑ready algorithmic solutions
  • Manage testing and validation processes to ensure performance and accuracy
  • Partner with Advanced Analytics experts to develop and refine advanced analytical techniques
Data Analysis & Strategy
  • Address complex business problems using advanced analytics and translate findings into strategic actions
  • Make recommendations based on deep data analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Categories, Merchandising, Customer Experience) to build consultative solutions
  • Interface with external partners and vendors to support data or solution needs
  • Drive clarity on goals, progress, and accountability across project stakeholders
  • Promote adaptability, continuous learning, and strong communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, values, ethics, and integrity expectations

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
