Description

The Strategy and Insights team within the Enterprise Transformation Office is actively searching for a highly motivated analyst to join the Procurement Analytics team. This position will provide analytical support and insights to Enterprise Procurement to help generate value from their supplier relationships. This person will be required to frame and answer operational and strategic questions from senior management and executive leadership. The ideal candidate possesses advanced analytical abilities and will be able to work collaboratively & independently.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates within 50 miles of select offices are expected in-office Twice a Month.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis and recommendations to influence Enterprise Procurement strategies and goals.
  • May be asked to present analysis in an understandable and concise manner to effectively influence others.
  • With guidance, develop and produce dashboards and reports to support assessment and monitoring of operational and expense/spend metrics.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the current reporting infrastructure.
  • Identify issues within existing tools, processes, data sources and voice suggestions to the team to improve accuracy, decrease latency, and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Stay informed about procurement category market trends, identifying drivers for expense saving opportunities.
  • Maintains close working relationships with data providers and partners.
  • Query and validate large and complex datasets to deliver analytically sound insights.
  • Support an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-4 years of experience, or master's degree with no professional experience, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem).
  • Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools (SQL and Snowflake)
  • Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles, methodologies, and techniques.
