The Manager, Advanced Analytics, is responsible for supporting the execution of the Advanced Analytics work within the Advanced Analytics & Optimization team. This role reports to the Advanced Analytics & Optimization Team Lead and focuses on delivering work that translates advanced analytics into actionable performance insights to optimize omnichannel investment decisions and drive measurable commercial impact.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Excellence

· Build and maintain core analytical models (e.g., segmentation, propensity, channel attribution) that support standardized omnichannel performance measurement and decision support.

· Apply guidance, templates, and feedback to deliver work to standard and meet defined expectations for quality and consistency.

· Apply learnings from retrospectives, metrics, and feedback to improve analytic accuracy and insight quality.

· Monitor progress and quality of assigned analytics work, raising risks, issues, or improvement opportunities to the team lead in a timely manner.

· Support the delivery of recurring analytics by transitioning analyses into scalable, reusable capabilities and pipelines.

Collaboration

· Partner closely with the Advanced Analytics & Optimization leadership, cross-functional analytics partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to support effective handoffs, data inputs, and issue resolution.

· Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly within the CX team to support alignment and execution. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Skills

· Experience in data science methodologies, and AI/ML modeling, including the tools, platforms, and processes such as Gemini, Sagemaker, and AmazonQ.

· Familiarity with data governance, compliance requirements, and operational controls within regulated industries, and their implications for day-to-day execution.

· Ability to translate data into actionable insights across franchises and markets.

· Experience working in Agile environments and capability-based operating models.

Business Skills

· Business Acumen — Ability to understand how value is truly created – financially, operationally, for customers and to use this insight to make decisions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

· Critical Thinking - Ability to assess a range of inputs objectively, challenge assumptions with curiosity, and generate sound, forward-looking judgments that improve decisions.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI/ML modeling within commercial or marketing analytics functions

Preferred / Additional Qualifications:

· Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.

· Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries preferred.

· Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics.

Working Requirements:

· 20 to 30% travel will be required.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
