Advanced Analytics Manager
Job Description
Advanced Analytics Manager
Our Advanced Analytics Manager will play a critical role in accelerating business performance by delivering scalable analytics, insights, and dashboarding solutions that support Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and modern data platforms for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM).
Your role:
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions to support sales performance, revenue optimization, territory and quota management, and workforce efficiency. Design and maintain scalable data models and data pipelines leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Azure and Databricks, integrating enterprise data sources.
  • Build and deliver executive-ready dashboards and enable self-service reporting using Power BI and related business intelligence tools. Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks, metrics, and actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to align analytics initiatives with HPM business priorities and drive measurable impact.
  • Establish and support data governance practices, KPI standardization, and metric definitions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trust in reporting. Contribute to analytics roadmap planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of data and analytics capabilities.
  • Coach and enable business stakeholders on data interpretation, driving adoption through training, documentation, and best practices.

You're the right fit if:

You also bring strong experience translating business needs into analytical solutions and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Your skills include advanced data modeling, data engineering, and data visualization, with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, required in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, Master's preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making in a matrixed organization and are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving business impact through data.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office role.
