We're looking for someone who is an expert with Google Ads and excited about the future of AI.

**This is NOT a traditional PPC role.**

We're looking for someone who already understands Google Ads, PPC, and lead generationโ€”but who also wants to learn how AI can transform marketing. You'll have the freedom to experiment, test, and build systems that make our campaigns smarter every single day.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns daily

  • Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead

  • Test landing pages, ad copy, and offers

  • Use AI tools to:

    • Generate and test ad variations

    • Analyze search terms and customer intent

    • Improve conversion rates

    • Build reporting and automations

    • Experiment with new marketing workflows

  • Collaborate with leadership to create the future of AI-powered marketing at Aspen


Who We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 2+ years managing Google Ads

  • Strong understanding of PPC and lead generation

  • Experience with:

    • Search campaigns

    • Performance Max

    • Conversion tracking

    • Landing pages

    • Analytics

  • Data-driven mindset

Huge Plus:

  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.

  • Experience building automations or workflows

  • Interest in prompt engineering or AI agents
