Cross-Channel Media Manager
Job Summary
Bloom Ads is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Cross-Channel Media Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid search, display advertising, and programmatic media. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all platforms while maximizing audience engagement and conversions.
This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging for different channels.

Campaign Execution & Management:
  • Oversee paid digital media campaigns across social media (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.), search (Google Ads, Bing), display (various DSPs), video (YouTube), email, and emerging platforms.
  • Coordinate media buying, ad placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Optimize creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Use tools and marketing automation platforms to analyze and improve campaign performance.
  • A/B test different ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.

Budget Management:
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across channels for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure cost-effective ad spend and improve ROI.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work with creative, content, and development teams to produce engaging ad materials.
  • Align messaging across channels to create a consistent customer journey.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new digital marketing technologies.
  • Experiment with emerging media channels and formats (e.g., AR/VR, interactive ads).

Knowledge and Skills Required
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in paid management across platforms like Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs, and analytics tools (GCM, GA4, GA360, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation Range
$75,000 - $100,000 / year (Depending on Experience)
This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
