Job Summary:
Seeking a Payroll Specialist to support U.S. & Canada payroll operations. Responsibilities include processing weekly/bi-weekly payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, reconciling payroll, managing deductions/garnishments, and responding to employee payroll inquiries.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of payroll experience (multi-state or multi-province preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP GlobalView and Oracle HCM
- Knowledge of U.S. and/or Canada payroll laws and regulations
- Time & Attendance system experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
