Job description

Job Summary:
Capgemini US LLC is looking for an Adobe AEP Specialist / Architect to work closely with internal business units to design and oversee solution deployments utilizing the Adobe Experience Platform. The role involves crafting new solutions, managing client requests, and ensuring optimal performance of Customer Data Platform processes.
Responsibilities:
• Work with development, deployment, and production areas of the business to craft new solutions using AEP and other components of the Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud
• Interface directly with internal teams, to address and manage client requests and communicate status – in person, via phone and/or email
• Respond to internal requests for assistance for deployed Customer Data Platform solutions within our production organization.
• Be able to understand, customize and optimize the entire Customer Data Platform process, to include new requirements, development / test, production execution, and quality control
• Capable of completing customer profile activities individually during initial stage of development prior to the full deployment of the solution to production.
• Document the solution and train our client’s staff and other staff to perform the AEP execution role
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10 years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor Degree in a relevant area; or without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience in Customer Data Platform solutions (13 years in total)
• Strong knowledge in defining Personalization strategies for customers
• Completed Adobe Developer and Architect Training (“badge”) in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Minimum of one end-to-end implementation of AEP
• Experience in designing XDM Individual Profile and XDM Experience Events in AEP schemas
• Experience migrating customer profiles from legacy systems to AEP.
• Understanding of performance optimization and scalability in AEP.
• Thorough understanding of Adobe Security model with understanding of SSO.
• Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc.
• Technical Knowledge of other Customer Data Platform solutions such as Client CDP, Bloomreach, or Informatica Customer 360
• Technical experience with other solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Marketing Cloud such as Target, Audience Manager, Analytics, Campaign and AEM
• Experience identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Experience identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and recommending overall solution design.
• Experience creating solutions and presenting to senior-level customers.
• Detail-oriented and organized - able to balance changing workload
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills
Preferred:
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect Certified Professional, Expert, or Master level desired, or able to achieve Certification within the next six months
• Experience in the following a big plus: SQL Server / Netezza/ Oracle or higher knowledge
• PL/SQL for data analysis
• J2EE platforms and solutions (Windows, Unix, Weblogic, Websphere)
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory
