Job Title

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components, including Experience Data Model (XDM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Real-Time CDP.
  • Design and maintain data schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources to build unified customer profiles.
  • Ensure seamless data integration, quality control, and governance within AEP.
  • Optimize real-time data ingestion, segmentation, and workflows to enhance marketing automation and personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and IT departments to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Monitor AEP performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Deploy Adobe solutions and media tags (e.g., DoubleClick, Facebook) using Data Collection (Launch), Event Forwarding, and custom JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data flows, customer journeys, and API integrations while ensuring platform stability.
  • Work in an Agile development environment, contributing to technical specifications, solutions design, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Experience Data Model (XDM), Real-Time CDP, and Data Collection.
  • Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and management.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalized marketing, and data governance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve AEP-related issues.
