**Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect** **Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)** **Duration: 6+ Months** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale customer data and digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, and enterprise data integration architectures. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and architect scalable Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions for customer data management and personalization initiatives. - Lead end-to-end implementation of AEP, including Real-Time CDP, Identity Service, Data Collection, Data Streams, and Segmentation. - Define and govern Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, datasets, identities, and profile management strategies. - Architect real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems. - Integrate AEP with Adobe ecosystem products including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). - Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, data engineers, and developers to translate business into technical solutions. - Establish AEP architecture standards, governance models, and best practices. - Drive customer profile unification, audience creation, activation, and personalization strategies. - Support production deployments, performance optimization, and platform enhancements. - Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentoring to development teams. ** Skills** - 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on Adobe Experience Platform. - Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Experience Data Model (XDM), Identity Service, Segmentation Service, Data Streams, Edge Network, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Experience designing enterprise-scale customer data platforms and marketing technology solutions. - Hands-on experience with API integrations, ETL processes, cloud platforms, and data architecture. - Strong knowledge of customer identity management, audience activation, and personalization frameworks. - Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM, eCommerce, loyalty, and third-party marketing platforms. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Retail industry experience is highly preferred. - Prior experience working for Tier-1 consulting organizations is preferred. - Adobe Experience Platform Architect or AEP-related certifications preferred. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and consent management frameworks. **Nice to Have** - Adobe Target implementation experience. - Adobe Campaign expertise. - Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). - MarTech ecosystem integration experience. - Knowledge of personalization and omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
