Job description

Role Overview:
This role is for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AEM website development, administration, security, and deployment management across the Adobe Experience Platform. The position requires strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, components, templates, workflows, content/experience fragments, and Dynamic Media, including DAM workflows. The successful candidate will build and customize AEM solutions using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and HTL, and develop responsive UIs with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. The role also involves implementing and supporting Single Page Applications (SPA) with AEM Headless and traditional architectures, collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end L3/L4 application support for Adobe Experience Manager, including ticket triage, issue resolution, and incident management.
  • Design, validate, and deploy configuration and site enhancements to streamline workflows and improve usability.
  • Collaborate with Adobe teams and stakeholders to create and deploy scalable solutions, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, ensuring high availability, data accuracy, and compliance.
  • Coordinate hosting configuration, access management, and operational support with Cloud teams.
  • Manage GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, and drive adoption of modern Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, system integration concepts, ServiceNow, and JIRA.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Webstite Development, Administration, security, and deployment.
  • Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Components, Templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Dynamic Media.
  • Proficiency in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly) for AEM component and service development.
  • Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript for responsive UI development.
  • Ability to implement and support Single Page Applications (SPA) integrated with AEM Headless and traditional architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of overall experience.
