Job description

Osborn is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Video Production & Content Creation Intern to help tell the story of our people, products, and manufacturing operations through compelling visual content. This hands-on internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in video production, content creation, interviewing, and storytelling while working alongside professionals in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and organize the Osborn B-roll library, capturing both video and still photography of:
  • Manufacturing processes
  • Product testing
  • Product glamour and marketing shots
  • Osborn team members and company culture
  • General plant operations and day-to-day activities
  • Conduct interviews with employees, leaders, and other stakeholders to support internal and external communications.
  • Provide video and photography coverage for company events, meetings, and special activities.
  • Edit video content for use across digital platforms, presentations, social media, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in creating engaging visual stories that showcase Osborn's products, people, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop content ideas and projects.

Position Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Film, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
