• Segmentation/journey logic
• XDM schemas & datasets
• Identity stitching
• Segments, journeys, triggers
• CJA workspace/reporting
• Proven expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Deep understanding of XDM, data modelling, and schema governance
• Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA Workspace)
• Knowledge of real-time customer data platforms (CDP) and event-driven architectures
• Experience integrating AEP with cloud platforms, data lakes, and downstream activation tools
