Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced RT-CDP Consultant with a strong background in Digital Experience (DX) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in real-time data integration, customer journey orchestration, identity resolution, and personalization. This role requires both strategic consulting skills and hands-on technical implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead RT-CDP implementation projects, from discovery and design to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases, data strategy, and personalization goals.
  • Integrate RT-CDP with martech ecosystems (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar).
  • Drive real-time data ingestion, segmentation, and activation across digital channels.
  • Provide strategic consulting on data governance, identity management, and customer journey design.
  • Partner with marketing, data, and IT teams to ensure alignment across business and technical objectives.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions for client teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging CDP capabilities, real-time data trends, and digital experience innovations.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of total experience in Digital Experience / Martech consulting.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with CDPs (Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce, Segment, Tealium, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in real-time data integration, customer profiles, and journey orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (web, mobile, CRM, analytics, email, paid media).
  • Experience in identity stitching, data unification, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs for data activation.
  • Strong consulting, client engagement, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
 
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP certification or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Journey Optimizer, or Audience Manager.
  • Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
