Job description

The OpportunityJoin Adobe as a Staff Designer, Customer Value & Growth, and help our customers reach real outcomes faster. You will shape the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) by framing design bets, testing them with real users, and shipping the ones that work. This role is based in either our San Jose, San Francisco, Lehi, UT or NYC office and offers a hybrid work environment.
What you will do
  • Frame ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear design bets, each tied to a measurable customer outcome.
  • Build interactive prototypes and lightweight, instrumented experiments in code to test assumptions and validate ideas with real users before the team commits to building them.
  • Write structured narratives that move product and engineering partners to a clear decision, earning that influence through evidence rather than title.
  • Define and preserve a strong level of interaction and visual craft, raising the quality of the squad's output.
What you need to succeed
  • A degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Beyond that, we look for:
  • A track record of turning ambiguous, high-stakes problems into design bets that shipped and moved a measurable outcome.
  • Hands-on prototyping skills, including building working, instrumented experiments in code that put a real interaction in front of users.
  • Ability to produce structured narratives that lead a cross-functional room to clear decisions.
  • High standards for interaction and visual craft in complex, data-dense products.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with AEP, a customer data platform (CDP), or designing AI and agentic product experiences.
  • A growth or experimentation background: forming a hypothesis, running A/B tests, and reading what the metric is telling you.
