The Adobe SME Experience Specialist shall work within the Digital Customer Service group of the Client, responsible for working with business partners to prioritize and execute enhancements, and analytic projects required to deliver business results. Including managing the Adobe CMS platform, to power all product brands, and customer experiences across the Authority Digital channels.
The successful candidate will work independently as well as with other contractors, and staff resources of different TEC Units, and Departments throughout the Agency to deliver work products.
A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Digital Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate is an experienced systems engineer with extensive technical skills set to help the Authority create and manage its airport websites. This individual is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service that the airport websites are hosted on, ensuring best practices are followed by the partners migrating code into the environment, and that uploaded content is consistent with site standards, style guides. This individual will also work side-by-side with a variety of content owners and experts to publish and optimize content that promotes the airports and the Authority's objectives.
  • Assist Client vendors in implementing new code and content to the Adobe Cloud environment
  • Hands-on development in launching new websites
  • Work with cyber security and other compliance teams to ensure environment meets standards set by the agency
  • Work with Adobe support team to regularly audit for and implement performance improvements in the cloud environment
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix any configuration and integration issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experience
  • Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points
  • Partner with analytics teams on measurement across customized sites
  • Create the process for departments to submit code change requests and then manage the process
  • Maintain and manage backlog of open issues and development requests
  • Implement measures to track and audit for content issues such as expired content and broken links
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the airport website architecture across the Agency.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities relevant for web publishing
  • Responsible for general tactical support of SEO initiatives such as inputting meta titles and descriptions to help drive on-line traffic
  • Troubleshoot and respond to issues to resolve them quickly.

B. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, with 2 years of experience in AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Minimum 6 years hands-on coding working experience in Java, ReactJS, Next.JS, ES6, HTML, Java Script, and CSS, particularly regarding the Adobe Experience Manager environment
  • Good understanding of Adobe Cloud technologies including Dynamic Media, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, and Adobe Experience Platform
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent English oral, written, and listening communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to support initiatives occasionally during off hours
