Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form Design & Development: Create and update adaptive, HTML5, and PDF forms, ensuring dynamic capabilities, fillable fields, Form Templates, Adobe Sign and user-friendly layouts.
  • AEM Configuration: Implement and maintain custfom AEM Forms components, templates, and OSGi workflows to meet project requirements.
  • Integration: Connect AEM Forms with backend systems, identity management to enable seamless data flow.
  • JavaScript & Validation: Develop custom scripts for form logic and data validation
  • Proficient in Front End Development: HTML, CSS and JavaScript proficiency
  • Configure and customize Adobe Guides for structured content authoring.
  • Develop Adobe Guides templates and schemas for XML-based content.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Adobe Guides and AEM for publishing.
  • Adobe Repository/Version control: Skilled in version control, branching strategies and deployment.
  • Performance & Accessibility: Optimize forms and Guides for fast loading, multi-browser compatibility, and adherence to accessibility standards like 508 compliances.
  • Collaboration: Work with business users and analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers and across different business areas to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions with AEM Forms and Guides technical considerations in mind.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve functionality issues, provide ongoing maintenance, and support deployments.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical specifications and document architectural designs for AEM initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum (Required):
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Working knowledge of content management systems
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Guides.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for form logic and data capture
  • Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS for form structure and styling
  • Experience with Java for custom AEM components and bundles
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Guides and XML-based content workflows.
  • Skilled in version control, branching strategies and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies required
  • Knowledge of secure web application development practices is desirable
8+ years of:
  • Experience as an AEM Forms and Guides Developer
  • Experience in the AEM platform
Preferred (Optional):
  • Knowledge of other AEM platform capabilities such as AEM Sites, DAM
