Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Developer to design, configure, customize, and support Workfront solutions to streamline project management, workflows, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into efficient Workfront implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Adobe Workfront to meet business needs (projects, tasks, workflows, queues, forms, reports, dashboards).
  • Develop and maintain custom forms, layouts, request queues, approvals, and automation rules.
  • Implement and support Workfront Fusion (formerly Workfront Fusion) integrations with third party applications.
  • Build and optimize reports and dashboards for project visibility, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Support user management, access levels, permissions, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution designs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support.
  • Ensure best practices for data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training.
  • Work with Adobe support and vendors as required.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and development.
  • Strong expertise in: Project, task, portfolio, and resource management within Workfront.
  • Strong expertise in: Custom forms, calculated fields, and business rules.
  • Strong expertise in: Reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Workfront Fusion (scenarios, APIs, webhooks).
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of overall experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and development.

Preferred Skills:
  • Adobe Workfront certification(s).
  • Experience integrating Workfront with tools like JIRA, AEM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Teams.
  • Basic scripting or development background.
  • Experience in enterprise PMO or marketing operations environments.
  • Knowledge of change management and process optimization.
