Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a remote Cybersecurity Training Content Developer to support our customer in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform content review, content development, and coordination activities on a team operating the client's cybersecurity training and awareness program
  • Use Adobe Captivate and other tools to update and improve the client's current Cybersecurity Annual training, awareness campaign, and ISSO training materials
  • Develop content for new annual training, awareness campaign, ISSO training, and other security training materials
  • Maintain program materials to address new requirements and changes in cybersecurity policy, technology, and culture
  • Support and develop content for the program's lunch and learn training sessions and the ISSO forum/training
  • Apply accessibility tools and address accessibility issues prior to the publishing of training and other program material
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of general work experience / 6 years relevant "functional" experience
  • CISSP/CISM/CEH/CISA
  • 6+ years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and Security Assessment & Authorization
  • 4+ years of experience in IT security and awareness training program requirements
  • 4+ years of experience developing training requirements and training plans
  • 4+ years of experience using SCORM for training content development
  • 4+ years of experience developing new training content, materials, and courses
  • 4+ years of experience with Adobe products including Adobe Captivate for content development
  • Experience with various learning types and training delivery methods

Desired:

  • Familiarity with following IT security concepts, practices, and tools 
  • Familiarity with Federal NIST, FISMA, ISSO responsibilities, and Security Assessment & Authorization
  • Experience with Cybersecurity Training development in Adobe Captivate or other similar programs

  • Secret Clearance Required
