Job description

Position: Training Developer/Instructor

Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid 3 Days

Duration: 6+ Months

Overview:
We are seeking a Training Developer/Instructor with experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or PeopleSoft Financials. This individual must be well versed in adult learning principles, training development for both Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Web Based Training (WBT) using Articulate storyline 360 and demonstrate excellent facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments.
Required Technology Experience:

  • Oracle's PeopleSoft Financials and/or Human Capital Management 9.2 system
  • Articulate Storyline 360 Authoring Software or transferable skillsets with comparable authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 3, Adobe Captivate)
  • Camtasia (video recording and editing)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Training development experience (PeopleSoft HCM and FIN modules)
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques for in-person and virtual training
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory principles

Experience with creating WBT materials using Articulate Storyline products or Adobe Captivate
