Falls Technology is looking for an experienced E-Learning / Multimedia Developer to join our team supporting the development of web-based training, online learning, and digital content solutions in Chantilly, VA.

This is a hands-on development and design position combining web technologies, multimedia development, instructional content, and Adobe Creative Suite expertise. We’re looking for someone who can take training or communication requirements and turn them into polished, engaging, and technically sound digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop web-based training (WBT) and e-learning solutions.
  • Develop and maintain online training courses and supporting websites.
  • Create interactive training and multimedia content using Adobe Captivate.
  • Design and develop web content using HTML and CSS.
  • Develop and maintain content within Joomla-based environments.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual assets supporting online learning and web applications.
  • Develop multimedia elements, animations, and visual content for training solutions.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools to create and optimize digital content.
  • Work with customers and subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective online learning experiences.
  • Maintain and enhance existing web-based training and e-learning products.
  • Test and troubleshoot training content across supported environments.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and quality across digital learning products.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Significant experience developing web-based training, online courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Joomla.
  • Experience developing web content using HTML and CSS.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Captivate.
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including several of the following:
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Photoshop
    • Bridge
    • Acrobat / PDF
    • Dreamweaver
    • After Effects
  • Experience developing and integrating graphics, multimedia, and interactive elements into web or training solutions.
  • Strong attention to visual quality, usability, and detail.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and subject matter experts to translate requirements into finished digital products.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience developing interactive multimedia training for mission or government environments.
  • Experience designing complete online learning experiences from concept through deployment.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience developing animations, motion graphics, and other multimedia content.
