Job description

Open Systems Technologies Corporation is looking for a Content Developer to join our high performing cyber team in support of a large SOC enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Configures, administers, and manages all aspects of website/application tools. Responsible for developing and providing content for multiple websites/tools and utilize it as a major source for information and decision making. Responsible for managing/performing website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site. Locates, negotiates, and pursues content. Seeks out customers to gather feedback for website improvement and enhancements. Requires experience in production management, web page design, HTML and web graphics types and standards. Builds searches, reports, and dashboards. Responsible for writing and developing customer scripts, reports and programs as need to identify and establish metrics. Responsible for preparing architecture documentation and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills:

  • Clearance: Top Secret with the ability to sit for the CI Poly
  • Requires BS or BA degree
  • 1-year overall experience to include experience with the following: Cybersecurity SIEM (Splunk, Elastic); Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate); Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

        Having the following tools experience and/or certifications:

    -Splunk Core Certified Power User
    - ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)
    - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
