Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Admissions Director:

  • Previous Experience as an Admissions Director preferred

  • Superior interpersonal and communications skills

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • 2+ years sales or customer service in Short-Term or Long-Term Care experience

  • Maintain flexible work schedule for availability during evenings and weekends

  • Knowledge of referral systems including: Aiden/EPIC/Navi/Allscripts preferred

Responsibilities for Admissions Director:

  • Build and maintain desired occupancy by developing rapport with hospitals, providers, potential residents, clients and their families

  • Assist in the development of the customer service initiatives within the facility
