Ascensa Health is a non-profit Substance Abuse treatment center located in Atlanta, Georgia. The agency is committed to providing an integrated system of care that sustains long term recovery from the disease of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders and returns the at-risk individual to their families and communities. Offering a full continuum of care to those most in need, the agency serves over 800 individuals and families each year.


Ascensa Health is currently seeking a PT Fully Licensed Admissions Counselor.

Responsible for conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on potential and incoming clients as part of the admissions process.

Requires an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Experience in the substance abuse and/or mental health field preferred.
