Position Overview: 

The Campus Admissions Director leads a team of admissions representatives to drive enrollment, student success, and service excellence. This role requires strong collaboration with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Education, along with an energetic, people-focused leadership style. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, excels at multitasking, and effectively delegates. As a dynamic team leader, the CAD motivates others, adapts to change, and fosters growth within the admissions department.

Responsibilities
  • Foster Relationships: Partners with the Campus National Training Director on training for Campus Representatives. Partners with matrix leaders and Field Sales to maintain alignment with shared goals. Partner in the interview and selection process for Campus Representatives.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership to Admissions talent by instilling a culture of a high-performance team of professional, motivated and engaged Reps utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics. 
  • Administrative: Prepare staff projections in the budgeting process. Attends various meetings at both the Campus and Home Office locations as necessary. Manages existing policies and processes that are consistent with our company philosophy and that contribute toward the achievement of our goals. 
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma required
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of sales experience
    • 3-5 years of sales management experience preferred
  • Strategic Deliverables: An ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for areas of responsibility, ability to forecast sales goals, set performance and activity standards
  • Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Communication: Communicates the strategic vision of UTI and Admissions department to the Campus location in such a way that creates alignment and clear direction to achieve results
