Job Summary
This position is responsible for directing the colleges student admissions functions.

Responsibilities
Directs department operations. - 20%
-Trains, assigns, directs, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines personnel.
-Resolves human resources issues.
-Manages department budget.
-Develops and implements policies and procedures.
-Directs the maintenance of department files and databases.
Directs student admissions operations. - 60%
-Develops and oversees annual admission enrollment goals.
-Develops and oversees the implementation of recruitment plans.
-Develops and oversees the implementation of communication plans.
-Directs the creation of publications and print pieces.
-Resolves escalated admissions issues.
-Executes admissions processing and decisions.
-Monitors processing volumes and accuracy.
-Monitors progress toward institutional admissions goals.
Performs related duties. - 20%
-Performs the duties of other department staff as needed.
-Completes High School Curriculum Unit evaluations for non-accredited and homeschool students.
-Serves on a variety of campus and community committees.
-Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, including local high schools.
