Job description

Lincoln Tech is looking for an energetic, customer-centric Admissions Coordinator/Facilitator. In this position, you would support the Admissions Office's strategic goals, helping to administer the day-to-day workflow while also facilitating the admissions process.

Hours:10:15am-8pm Mon-Thursdays and every Saturday from 9am-2pm.

Responsibilities of an Admissions Coordinator

  • Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process
  • Assists / manages the official social media accounts to enhance engagement, promote events, and support the school's visibility within the high school recruiting market.
  • Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and internal staff
  • Attend Admissions events
  • Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence
  • Provide overall support to the Admissions Department
  • Report to the Director of Admissions

Requirements of an Admissions Coordinator

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills
  • A clear sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
