JOB TITLE: Admissions Administrative Assistant
HOURS/STATUS: 40 hours/Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Admissions
REPORTS TO: Market Director of Admissons
LOCATION: Wauwatosa Campus

Job Functions:
  • Support entire new student enrollment process
  • Maintain Admissions new student spreadsheet information
  • Enter and maintain student records in Anthology Reach and Seibel BANNER
  • Complete weekly inquiry report and systems milestone report
  • Support New Student Orientation, make-up sign-in sheets and support the materials needed for orientation
  • Complete real-time inventory of Admission supplies to include: enrollment packets, applications, program packets and brochures
  • Create weekly admissions schedule
  • Assist with new student entrance, testing, student events, and other special projects as needed
  • Maintain admissions calendar and communicate events and deadlines
  • Assist with Admissions Department Reports
  • Project work, as necessary
  • All other duties assigned as necessary by the Market Director of Admissions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area preferred, Associates Degree Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to successfully perform multi-task operations - attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and problem-solve
