We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admission Assistant to join our team at Belle Fountain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a basic understanding of medical terminology. This role involves managing admissions processes, providing tours of the facility, and supporting families throughout their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide informative and welcoming tours of the facility to prospective residents and their families.
  • Complete admission contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with families regarding bed holds and admission status.
  • Manage the bed board to ensure accurate tracking of bed availability and assignments.
  • Support weekend operations as part of the weekend manager rotation.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with families, staff, and management.
  • Utilize computer systems to document and track admissions and related information.
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with admission software and Microsoft Office.
