 Check-in visitors while ensuring MSHA records are collected

Maintain accurate training records

Maintain office equipment

Purchase office supplies

 Maintain up-to-date filing system

Process incoming and outgoing mail

 Contact person for vending machines

 Safety meeting planning and participation

 Safety data entry into the Convergence system

 Assist with GoCanvas/safety tracker

 Enters/maintain employee task training records

 Manages administrative safety observation/suggestions program

 Maintain the workplace exams (SLAM) documentation

Enter employee safety points in the company reward system

Schedule various meetings and company events and make necessary accommodation arrangements

Minimum two years of general office experience

Proficient in reading, writing, and mathematical skills

Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities

Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to travel occasionally

Project a positive attitude and professional appearance

 Ability to work in a team environment

 Ability to properly handle confidential information

 Ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy office environment (may include distractions, interruptions, and noise

 Must have excellent work and safety record

 Pass required physical examination and drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
