Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly
by providing administrative support, assisting clients, managing records, and coordinating daily
operations.
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and records
• Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and documentation
• Process data entry and update customer information accurately
• Coordinate office communications and correspondence
• Support agents with administrative tasks and special projects
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or medical office settings is a plus
