The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant supporting the US Navy's operations in Kittery, ME. The position includes a broad cross-section of business administration functions including performing finance, budget, and HR documentation as well as facilities responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide client-site administrative and logistical support
  • Proofread and edit office correspondence, draft routine, standard documents
  • Maintain and organize relevant reference materials and working files for easy retrieval
  • Initiate and monitor check-in/out procedures for technical documentation reviews, Liaison Action Records, access requests, etc.
  • Process, schedule, and workflow management
  • Analyze workflow of activities; recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Ability to apply practical concepts, processes, and methods related to administrative systems and components.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of products.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience with configuration management and document control.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work in a time-sensitive operational environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.

Desired:
  • Must be a proficient typist capable of typing "camera-ready" copies at a minimum of 60 accurate/correct words per minute.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of current WINDOWS based PC spreadsheet, word processing and database experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work in a time-sensitive operational environment.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
