POSITION OVERVIEW

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Cornerstone seeks a full-time professional to support our client accounts. All individuals in our New Hampshire office manage a variety of administrative tasks and support each other with client service activities. In addition, administrative tasks are necessary to support new and existing government relations clients. This position is based in Concord, New Hampshire.

This position is responsible for several client service and administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Assisting with administrative and support duties, including lobbying reporting and compliance.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, organizing events, andlegislative receptions.
  • Attending subcommittee and committee meetings during the legislative session asneeded.
  • Monitoring and updating our legislative tracking service each morning during the legislative session.
  • Providing clients with weekly legislative reports from our legislative tracking serviceduring the legislative session.
  • Attending client-related events as needed.
  • Drafting weekly newsletters with legislative bill reports during the legislative session.
  • Drafting monthlynewsletters during the months when there are no legislative sessions.
  • Drafting memorandums and other client-related documents.
  • Participating in team client calls to memorialize tasks assigned.
  • Assisting with overseeing internship program.
  • Coordinating internal staff meetings and agendas andassist with listing action items needed.
