Responsibilities:

  • Data entry / spreadsheet tracking
  • Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
  • Processing general warranty paperwork
  • Processing warranty cancellations
  • Assisting with all day to day office paperwork
  • Completing various tasks as directed
  • Reporting sold vehicles to manufacturer sites
  • Processing dealer incentives
  • Processing online payoffs
  • Cleaning and posting of schedules
  • Handling daily deposits

Requirements:

  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • General automotive accounting skills are a must
  • Knowledge of DealerTrack DMS a plus
