The Part-Time Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the Executive Director and branch leadership team by providing administrative, operational, and organizational support that helps ensure the success of YMCA programs and services. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, collaborating with others, and making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director and branch leadership team.

Assist with payroll processing by reviewing timecards, tracking employee information, and supporting payroll-related tasks.

Coordinate office and program supply purchases, create purchase orders, and help manage inventory.

Support facility rentals by coordinating reservations, communicating with renters, and assisting with scheduling and logistics.

Prepare meeting materials, take minutes during Board and leadership meetings, and distribute follow-up information as needed.

Assist with employee onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation materials, and helping create a welcoming experience for new team members.

Maintain calendars, organize files, manage records, and assist with special projects and branch initiatives.

Collaborate with staff across departments to help ensure the smooth operation of the YMCA and provide exceptional service to members, volunteers, and community partners.
