Job description

We are a growing, family-oriented car dealership seeking a reliable and detail-driven Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time role with the potential to become full-time. This position provides essential administrative support across multiple departments and includes cross-training in title work, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities include general office duties such as filing, data entry, document processing, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with customer and internal communications. As part of the role, you will learn to assist with vehicle title processing and DMV-related tasks, process invoices and track expenses for accounts payable, and manage incoming payments and account balances for accounts receivable. The ideal candidate has prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; automotive or title experience is a plus but not required, as we are willing to train the right person. Applicants must have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and be dependable with consistent attendance. All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. We offer flexible but consistent scheduling, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
