About the Role
Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. This part-time role focuses heavily on data entry, file auditing, and administrative compliance support to maintain accurate organizational records and ensure smooth departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate employee records, upload documentation, and run basic reporting in human resources databases.
  • Compliance Tracking & Auditing: Assist with routine file audits, monitor expiration dates for required credentials/certifications, track background checks, and ensure documentation meets regulatory guidelines.
  • File Management: Maintain confidential electronic and physical personnel records in full compliance with data privacy standards and organizational policies.
  • Administrative Support: Log incoming HR documentation, prepare administrative materials, and assist with general departmental tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
