o Answering a multi-line phone
o Screening and directing calls
o Providing basic customer service to callers
• Distributing faxes and mail
• Maintaining shared inboxes
o Printing, filing, and distributing CDC reports
o Drafting, requesting approval for, and sending all staff emails
• Keying, tracking, and following up on maintenance requests
• Keying, tracking, and following up on IT-related requests
• Maintaining 7th floor conference room
o Tidying room at the end of the day
o Assisting with AV, as needed
o Approving or rescheduling meetings, as needed
• Assisting with conference room scheduling (other conf. rooms)
• Managers' Meeting minutes
Preparing newsletter
Preferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree; and at least one year qualifying full- time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience. Experience may substitute education on a year for year basis.
