The Greer Group is recruiting an Administrative Coordinator for our client in Raleigh! This is a full time, temporary to hire position!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM.
Our client, an established property management company in Raleigh, is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team immediately. This position plays a key role in keeping a busy office running smoothly and supporting multiple departments with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable managing several priorities at once.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and documents
  • Process application fees and maintain accurate records
  • Upload and maintain information within internal databases
  • Coordinate banking and post office runs
  • Assist with weekly and monthly administrative projects
  • Support multiple departments with day-to-day office needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including professionally assisting callers with concerns or questions
Job Requirements
  • Previous administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
