Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Packaging Operator in ZEBULON NC. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a for Packaging Operator while learning new ones to assist you in your career.   • 2 Shift per week (alternate each week):

    • Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 05:30 Am to 06:00 Pm.

    • Wednesday and Thursday 05:30 Am to 06:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment in compliance with GMPs, batch documentation, SOPs, and safety standards.

  • Consistent product quality and efficient line performance while maintaining inspection readiness with minimal supervision.

  • Managing equipment operations, replenishing materials, cleaning machinery, and identifying performance issues

  • Uses performance data to escalate concerns affecting quality, safety, or efficiency and actively participates in continuous improvement

  • Resolve minor equipment issues, perform changeovers, and support batch start-ups without delays

  • Flexibility to work across multiple technologies and maintain high productivity and quality standards is essential.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1+ years of Pharma/Manufacturing experience

  • High school diploma or GED
