Administrative Program Manager

Who We Are:
ThinkTek LLC is a fast-growing Certified SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company. We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.

Position Overview

ThinkTek is seeking an Administrative Project Manager to support a federal customer by providing project management, program coordination, reporting, and administrative oversight for complex operational initiatives. This role will assist with planning, scheduling, resource management, financial tracking, performance reporting, quality assurance activities, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and provide status updates to government stakeholders.
  • Prepare recurring reports, briefings, meeting materials, and executive-level documentation.
  • Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
  • Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support quality control and performance management activities.
  • Coordinate action items, project documentation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Facilitate meetings and document decisions, issues, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with transition planning, staffing coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management, program management, or administrative management experience.
  • Experience supporting government programs, contracts, or large-scale operational initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience with budget tracking, financial reporting, or contract administration.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Clearance Requirement

Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust.
