We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President, Manager - Executive Assistant to support senior executives within Global Markets while overseeing the New York Trade Floor CIB Executive Assistant population. This role calls for a dynamic professional with 15+ years of progressive administrative and managerial experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the discretion to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Beyond delivering seamless executive support, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Global Markets Management, driving consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the EA team, and taking ownership of administrative operations, workflow coordination, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations for Global Markets within CIB, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with firmwide policies.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize administrative processes, office workflows, and team support and training models to increase productivity.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, budget, and vendor relationships, partnering with internal general services stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Executive Assistant population across Global Markets, ensuring consistent standards of excellence.
  • Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and deliver training to elevate EA capabilities.
  • Manage workload distribution, succession planning, and professional development across the EA community.
  • Serve as the escalation point for conflict resolution, performance challenges, and development needs.
  • Drive engagement, collaboration, and retention by fostering a culture of recognition, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Partner with Strategy & Business Development leadership on strategic priorities, operational initiatives, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Lead initiatives to improve communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment across teams.
  • Champion organizational culture by promoting collaboration, professional excellence, and a client-first mindset.
  • Provide high-level support to Managing Directors, Executive Directors, and senior leadership, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
  • Support franchise events and leadership offsites, including agenda development and end-to-end logistical oversight.
  • Travel lightly (4-8 days per year) to CIB regional offices or to support CIB-sponsored marketing events.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably within Investment Banking, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing and developing a large Executive Assistant population, ideally across multiple business lines or locations.
  • Proven ability to establish and monitor KPIs, implement performance management processes, and drive measurable improvements in team effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP Concur.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$155,000.00 USD
