Job description

Eco-Resource Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator.  Job duties will primarily involve accounts receivable, accounts payable, assist with invoicing, budget reviews and assisting with projects.  Background in the ecological field is a positive but not necessary.  This position will be part-time with the option of permanent part-time employment after a 90-day probation period.

Job Duties

Job duties will include creating and updating budget reviews to ensure projects are within budget and communicating this with the project managers.  Generating reports on QuickBooks Online including unbilled reports and assist with generating invoices and sending them to clients.  Processing client payments and bills from vendors.  Entering monthly credit card statements into QuickBooks Online.  Working with vendors to ensure we have credit applications in place and help project managers place product orders. Conducting other clerical duties including renewal of vehicle license plate renewal, renewal of health insurance, keep record detailed records on equipment, vehicles, etc. 

Qualifications

  • Past experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
  • Associates degree or past experience with clerical or office administrator work.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills and analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with client audits is suggested.
  • Experience with federal, state, and local government contracts is suggested.
