Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Mid level SharePoint Admin to support multiple agency divisions in Madison, WI. The role involves SharePoint Systems Administration, technical support, and managing daily support activities while collaborating with a small team to meet project needs.
Responsibilities:
• This position requires interaction with several entities: staff, division partners, external customers, communications staff and management including executives.
• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customer knowledge levels is essential.
• The ability to balance multiple assignments and work within deadlines is critical.
• The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player.
• This is a position needed for SharePoint Systems Administration, workflow, and integration; Technical Support and Systems administration.
• The position requires an individual that has solid technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skill sets; can work independently as well as collaborate in a small team setting with technical peers; and can manage daily support activities with larger project deployments and milestones.
• This contractor will enable BITS to meet the immediate support needs for multiple SharePoint Site Collections and Sites, supporting multiple agency divisions.
• The position will be responsible for gathering technical requirements, developing transition plans including migrating the existing SharePoint on prem internal environment to SharePoint online.
• In addition to the project activities, SharePoint administrators need to assure support for all SharePoint sites and business partners including activities and providing day-to-day problem resolution.
• Working together with other BITS and/or division staff, this position will enable BITS to provide technology support to assist staff to manage their workload demands and stay on schedule with critical business timelines for projects to implement federal and state mandated programs, make business process improvements as well as refresh technology to assure that IT applications continue to perform as needed.
