About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business and logistics operations within a fast-paced transportation environment. This role plays a key part in keeping teams organized, processes efficient, and communication flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational and administrative workflows
  • Maintain up-to-date records on equipment locations, driver files, and documentation
  • Track, update, and monitor CDL information to ensure compliance and timely renewals
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for truck drivers and contractors via phone and email
  • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and internal communications
  • Assist with logistics, reporting, and operational tracking
  • Maintain records, files, and process documentation
  • Serve as a key support partner to operations and leadership teams

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with office systems and business tools
  • Experience supporting operations, logistics, or transportation teams preferred
