Omega Home Health Care Services is seeking an Administrative Operations Supervisor to help lead and coordinate our growing administrative support team.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, improving workflows, supporting employees, and ensuring operational accountability.
The Administrative Operations Supervisor serves as the CEO's operational extension for day-to-day administrative operations and will play a key role in building scalable systems that support the organization's continued growth. Additionally, this role will assist executive leadership in building the operational infrastructure, administrative systems, and the workplace environment necessary to support organizational growth and expansion.
What You'll Do
Administrative Operations
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflows
• Monitor workflow completion and operational accountability
• Support administrative process improvement initiatives
• Maintain workflow documentation and SOPs
Workforce Administration
• Review employee timesheets and attendance records
• Monitor attendance trends and workforce utilization
• Coordinate PTO and leave administration
• Support staffing coverage and scheduling coordination
• Review KPI metrics with administrative staff
Team Coordination
• Support onboarding and orientation activities
• Coordinate administrative workflow priorities
• Monitor training completion requirements
• Assist with cross-training and workforce development efforts
Reporting & Operational Monitoring
• Review KPI reports and operational tracking tools
• Monitor productivity and workflow metrics
• Prepare operational reports for leadership review
