Pro Active Pest Control is growing and we are looking for upbeat people to join our Operations team as an Operations assistant in Rancho Cordova, CA. As an Operations Assistant, you will working closely with the Operations team and be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company. As our business continues to grow, opportunities for advancements are real possibilities for self-starters and those that take initiative.
Job Description:
  • Practice our company "habits" to help achieve a win - win situations at all time
  • Build communication with managers and co-workers to help smooth out the day to day operations
  • Provide support and take on projects from managers to assist their teams.
  • Help maintain the systems we use to operate our day to day operations
  • Utilize problem solving skills to handle issues with trucks, phones, devices, and systems
  • Communicate with third party vendors for issues, orders, or training
  • Complete office administration duties like data entry, ordering supplies, and etc...

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Professional and have a positive attitude
  • Office experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have analytical skills, including the ability to review information, identify patterns, and support decision-making
  • Tech- savvy- be able to balance multiple systems like IOS, Microsoft systems, etc...
