Job description

Job Title: Marketing & Project Operations Coordinator
Location(s): Tustin, CA - Onsite
Compensation: $50,000-$58,000
About this position:
Advantech is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Project Operations Coordinator to support Product Managers (PM) and Marketing teams. The primary responsibility is to execute operational activities, maintain system and database accuracy, support marketing and product workflows, process sales leads, and coordinate cross-functional administrative tasks. The role emphasizes execution excellence, data quality, and process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Upload, classify, maintain, and monitor marketing and sales leads in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support lead assignment, contact list building, deduplication, and database maintenance.
  • Maintain product information across internal systems including product databases, sample inventory, and supporting documentation.
  • Support product phase-in/phase-out operational activities, including documentation updates and system maintenance after content approval by Product Managers.
  • Coordinate workflow among Marketing, Product Management (PM), Product Sales Management (PSM), Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and escalate issues to the responsible Product Manager or Marketing owner.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Project Coordination, Product Administration, or related administrative roles.
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce preferred), ERP, PLM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated initiative, organization, and the ability to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting product management or marketing organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle PLM, or PIM systems.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
