Job Description: Position Summary, Administrative Staff Assistant II This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized person to work as an Office Manager with a team of engineers and technicians at the AIM Photonics TAP facility in Rochester, NY, support operations and business growth. The ideal candidate must be professional with good communication skills and have a strong desire to support and help others with administrative, customer service, and organizational tasks. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to ensure success and productivity in a multi-faceted environment. Key Responsibilities Providing support to the engineering team that includes purchasing supplies and tools, organizing resources, maintaining inventories, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, packing and shipping completed orders.
