Job description

The Center for Urban Community Services, a national leader in the development of effective housing and service initiatives for homeless people, invites applications for an Administrative Assistant position for The CUCS Institute.

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant supports program management and training initiatives by carrying out various administrative responsibilities critical to the successful functioning of the CUCS Institute. Supporting the training programs in managing vendor/consultant contracts and accounts, provide customer support, monitor fiscal tracking, purchases, filing, scheduling, creating and maintaining trainings and registration in Learning Management System, data entry and other office duties as assigned.
