The Executive Compensation & Equity Associate plays an important role in supporting the administration, reporting, and operational execution of equity and compensation programs. With a primary focus on equity administration, executive compensation operations, and data integrity, this role helps ensure programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with governance and compliance requirements.

Working in close partnership with the Compensation, Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, this position contributes to the execution of key processes, supports reporting and analysis, and helps maintain the operational foundation for equity and executive compensation programs. This role offers a strong development opportunity for a high-potential professional seeking to build deeper expertise in equity, executive compensation, and broader Total Rewards operations over time.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, operational rigor, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion, along with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote and US Citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of employee equity programs, including grants, vesting events, transactions, recordkeeping, and employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate equity and compensation data within equity administration platforms, Workday, and related systems, ensuring strong data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and analyses related to equity, compensation, and executive compensation programs.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors to support accurate processing, compliance, internal controls, and issue resolution.
  • Support executive compensation processes, including operational coordination, benchmarking, and preparation of materials for leadership, Board, and Compensation Committee use.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to equity programs and compensation processes.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, process documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Exposure to equity administration, executive compensation, compensation-related reporting, or related governance and compliance processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR operations, finance or accounting operations, equity administration, payroll support, or other analytically oriented roles.
  • Experience supporting compensation, equity, finance, or related operational processes in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS platform, including data entry, reporting, and validation activities.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Compensation Details:

$84k - $105k
